Shipping policy
Domestic (Canada & U.S.)
Orders shipped within Canada and the United States are subject to applicable sales tax at checkout. No additional customs duties will apply upon delivery.
International Shipping (Outside Canada & U.S.)
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that all international shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
This means:
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in your checkout total.
- These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.

Country-Specific Tax & Customs Requirements
Some countries require customers to provide additional information before delivery can be completed:
- Brazil – Customers must provide a CPF or CNPJ number for customs clearance. Please include this during checkout (or provide it to us via email after placing your order).
- Chile – Customers may be required to provide a RUT (tax ID) for customs clearance.
- Argentina – Customs may require a CUIT/CUIL/DNI number for clearance.
- South Korea – Customers must provide a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) issued by the Korean Customs Service.
- European Union (EU) & United Kingdom – Orders may be subject to VAT and customs fees charged by the local customs office at delivery.
- Mexico – Certain orders may require the customer’s RFC tax ID to clear customs.
Failure to provide the required information may result in delays or returned packages.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an international order, you agree to be responsible for:
- Paying any duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by your local customs authority.
- Providing accurate customs information (tax IDs where required).
- Accepting potential delivery delays due to customs processing.
We are unable to refund shipping costs or products returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or missing customer customs information.
