At In The Making BTQ, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, please review our policy below.
Accessories – Final Sale
All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
However, if your accessory item arrives damaged during transit, you may request a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos showing the damage
- A copy of your order receipt
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Clothing – Eligible for Return
Clothing items may be returned under the following conditions:
- Must be new, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
If your return does not pass our quality inspection, you will be notified via email, and the item will be returned to you at your own expense.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment.
